I have a friend called Sue. She needed a website as she had had cancer lost her job and well needed money. If you don’t wanta websit that makes money then reading now go to Themeforest and look at templates that give you the impression they will help.
So she was out of work and was very (VERY) experienced in a particular area and had delivered training for another business onwer who charged €1200 per day and paid her (quite fairly) €300 for delivering the course. Sue is an amazing cancer survivor – da best.

Sue is my firend she listened.
In one month I created the simplest vanilla site ever. I (techy term alert 2) SEOed the shit out of it. Created a shameful amount of optimised pages.
Each page was a simple booking page with details (shit opitmied out of them).
Month two Sue got two solid bookings (yes for €120 each). Month 3 got 4. Month 4 she got 7, she is training up her sister.
Sue is still my friend – Sue listened.
We are still friends. Sue is making money
